The production of one KreemStik can take up to 2-4 days, depending on the type of wood and finish selected. Your KreemStik should last for several years with proper use and care. It is not recommended that more than one person use the same KreemStik.
Sponge bonding is guaranteed for one year. Sponge should last a very long time with proper use and care but if your sponge becomes unattached within one year, we will replace the sponge and refurbish your KreemStik, if needed. You only pay shipping and handling Call for a replacement order. You must have your KreemStik, sponge, and receipt. Guarantee is subject to inspection of KreemStik and sponges.
