Transcriptionists are assigned to you in order to achieve efficient and accurate documentation by familiarizing themselves with your method of dictation, speech, abbreviations, etc., and use AAMT rules and guidelines. The telephone service is available 24 hours a day. If your practice has its own telephone-based service for dictation, your transcriptionist/s will call into your system for retrieval of the dictation. Digital voice files can be retrieved from your FTP server or sent to ours for transcription retrieval. EMR capability. Turnaround 24 hours. Confidentiality of your medical information is maintained with encryption of your completed documents for convenient e-mail delivery. We also offer e-mail retrieval from our website, which enables you and your satellite offices access to your documents. The Doctor's Note is HIPPA compliant, maintaining confidentiality of your medical documentation. HIPPA agreement is sent for signature outlining the method in which The Doctor's Note meets these requirements. Invoicing of services performed weekly, biweekly, bimonthly, or monthly, depending on the requirements of your accounting department. Invoices are faxed to authorized personnel for review and payment, which include the file name, lines per file, cost of lines per file, and total cost of files within your invoicing period.
